Backend .NET Developer

Responsibilities:

• Work with Lead and development team to ideate scalable software solutions
• Adhere to development strategies and coding practices
• Design & develop effective API’s
• Develop well-functioning databases and applications
• Ensure consistency with the initial design and adhere to Schedules/Deadlines
• Manage server-side architecture
• Analyze structural requirements for new software and applications
• Collaborate with other developers, share ideas, and provide technical guidance as needed
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency of the application
• Stay abreast of developments in Web applications and programming languages

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of development experience
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field – MS/MA is preferred but not required
• Experience in Agile and JIRA
• Experience with Cosmos DB, Databricks, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure API Gateway, Azure SQL, Synapse, Azure Boards
• Working knowledge of Angular, Vue and React
• Working knowledge of Microsoft stack (C#, .NET Framework, .NET MVC etc.)
• Working knowledge of SQL Server databases and database system
• Familiarity with web servers/services such as IIS, Apache etc.
• Proficient in MS suite
• Experience developing mobile applications preferred by not required
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A technical mindset with great attention to detail
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
